Robyn is an Edmonton-based artist whose multidisciplinary practice includes painting, mural work, and tattooing. With a background in Conservation Biology and years of experience as a painter and muralist, her work is rooted in ecological awareness and a reverence for the natural world. Her imagery explores themes of escapism, curiosity, and scientific observation, while reflecting an ongoing interest in interconnected systems and the shared human experience.
Working with oil, acrylic, aerosol, ink, and mixed media, Robyn creates vibrant, surreal compositions characterized by dynamic forms and ethereal light. She is interested in natural relationships, life cycles, and exploring the relationship between self and environment. Often creating outdoors, she carries art supplies into natural spaces during hikes, responding intuitively to light, movement, and the landscape around her.
